The Summary Plan Description and the Pension Plan currently posted on this website describe the Plan as it was on May 1, 2000.  Your rights, if any, are determined by the Plan in effect at the time you separate from employment.

The Summary Plan Description is an effort to summarize in simple terms the principal provisions of the formal Plan.  It is not intended to cover every detail of the Plan or every situation which might occur.  The Trustees have tried to make the summary accurate and complete, buyt it isn not a substitue for the Pension Plan itself.  If there is any conflict or difference between the Summary Plan Description and the formal Pension Plan, the Pension Plan and not the Summary Plan Description will control.

Each year, the Trustees update the Summary Plan Description with the Summary Annual Report, which includes a report of significant changes made that the year called the Summary of Material Modifications.  Like this Summary Plan Description, it is intended as a general statement of the changes and is not a substitute for the Pension Plan itself.

You man access any amendments to the Pension Plan adopted since May 1, 2000 as well as a current list of Trustees on this website.

Each year, the Trustees file an annual report on Form 5500 with the United States Department of Labor.  The most recent Form 5500 filed on behalf of the Pension Fund is also available on this website.
